Distribution.
We boast an extensive inventory of industrial plastics in sheet, rod, tubing, films and custom shapes in our 130,000 square foot facility. We distribute over 2,500 materials ranging from commonly used materials such as Plexiglas® sheets of up to 108" by 125", to specialty materials designed for specific manufacturing applications.

Fabrications/Manufacturing.
Our in-house manufacturing processes allow our staff to offer you a variety of solutions. PSM can perform vacuum forming, pressure forming, injection molding, films conversion , assembling, welding, silkscreening, sand blasting and high speed drilling. We also offer precise, consistent trimming of plastic parts with our remote CAD controlled 5-axis CNC router systems.

With our extensive arsenal of production processes, we offer you a range of options for developing your best solution. We can analyze your problem on a consultant basis and create several options. We will advise you on what materials will work and their life expectancy in use. We can also prototype your project to allow you to evaluate a material's performance in a realistic setting.
